About Parker Davis

A Greenville, North Carolina native and graduate of East Carolina University, Parker has lived in Raleigh for the past 23 years, with over 20 years of experience in outside sales.

 

Parker has always been interested in real estate and the fast-paced Triangle Market. He earned his NC Real Estate Broker-in-Charge designation 21 years ago, and his General Certified Real Estate Appraisal license (commercial and residential real estate) 20 years ago. He has a passion for home renovation, restoration, design and staging, and most recently assisted his design/build contractor in the restoration of his personal home in Historic Oakwood downtown Raleigh.

 

Parker believes that the real estate experience, whether buying, selling, or building, should be a pleasant and enjoyable one. His passion, compassion, and eye for detail will ensure a positive and successful experience for his clients.

 

Parker was thrilled when he joined The Coley Group back in 2021 because of Gretchen’s vast real estate experience and knowledge, her extensive use of cutting-edge technology and video, her positive, friendly persona, and her desire to grow her business while nurturing the members of her team to do the same.

 

In his free time, Parker and his partner enjoy exercise and lifting weights, scuba diving, travel, fine dining, and entertaining at their home!
